My Memorable Customer Support Experience!
I have to share this memorable story with you which I still remember since long time, because it was Amazing! I never though that they’ll help me even if they didn’t sell that product. Couple of days ago, I asked for help via live chat with a very popular company but I don’t want to share the name, I asked them if they sell “Soc Poi”? It is a spinner used for exercise, their representative said “No”, we don’t sell that, but I can try help you with the place where you’ll find the product, they simply searched on Google and gave me the nearest sellers website and address.

And, next thing that happened to me, that the support rep gave me the seller’s website and contact number.
